Summer period, is considered the period from April 1 to September 30.
Winter season, is the period from October 1 to March 31. Do not smoke in the rooms. We love animals but for reasons of cleanliness and respecting that some guests have allergies to animals etc we do not allow animals in the rooms. There is a shared kitchen downstairs where you can cook.
